He has substantial experience in the unique areas of coastal construction, building code compliance, coastal storm impact issues, as well as commercial and condominium development.ĭavid serves as counsel for the USS Alabama Battleship Commission, operator of the USS Alabama Memorial Park, Alabama's second largest tourist attraction. His present practice is focused on condominium, real estate development, and construction law. Since 1981, David has maintained an active practice in the areas of Personal Injury Law, Insurance law, Products liability law, Construction Law, and Condominium Law.
